Delayed Shipping. Some of our used equipment for sale has been recently removed from active use, and I need some days to ship this item. Please email me or phone me for an estimated shipping date.
If you are outside the USA, I will ship to your freight forwarder within the USA. If you do not have a freight forwarder, I can ship to a freight forwarder in Kansas City, and the freight forwarder will charge you to prepare the shipment for export to your country at additional cost. Note that items shipped internationally do not have product warranties.
Prices do not include freight and handling. Buyer shall pay for all freight charges and handling charges. Freight amount listed in this advertisement is an estimate only. Substantial extra charges may be necessary to add for delivery to a residential address, delivery to any address without a standard height loading dock necessitating a delivery truck with a lift gate, the surcharge to obtain an adult signature, and additional freight and handling costs.
